Day: 1 Arrival in Negombo

Your Sri Lanka tour will start when your flight lands at the Colombo International Airport. Our guide will welcome you at the exit of the airport holding a sign with your name on it. After a short introduction, our professional driver guide will transfer you to Negombo and check in at the local hotel. The remainder of the day is free for your own discovery. Negombo is a famous port city located only 30 kilometers away from Colombo. It is recommended that you visit the fish market on the beach and have a peaceful stroll around this beautiful town.


Day: 2 Negombo - Dambulla - Sigiriya

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will drive you to Dambulla. En route, we will take you to Pinnewala Elephant Orphanage where you can watch the elephants bathing, eating and playing. Some well-trained elephants will also perform shows like hauling lumber for visitors. Then visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. With a history of over 2000 years, this temple attracts numerous tourists with its delicate wall paintings and carved stone statues. It is the biggest and best preserved cave temple which is composed by five caves in Sri Lanka. Please kindly note that shoes should be taken off when entering the temple and any short skirts or revealing clothes are forbidden here to show respect for their local customs. After lunch, you may choose to take a tour to Habarana for an elephant ride. It is quite an interesting experience to watch different species of birds from an elephant's back. Finally, we will transfer you to Sigiriya and check in at the hotel.


Day: 3 Sigiriya

Today, you will climb the Lion Rock at Sigiriya in the morning. The Lion Rock was hidden in a dense jungle valley for a thousand years and was finally found by an adventurer from England in the middle of the 19th century. With a height of 200 meters, the Lion Rock is not only a castle for military defense, but also a huge complex for religious purposes. After climbing on the top of the rock, you will find a ruin of the ancient garden palace which was constructed by king Kassapa of Mauryan dynasty who killed his father and fled from the revenge of his brother. The afternoon journey will take you to visit Polonnaruwa, which used to be the capital city of Sri Lanka in ancient times. Through visiting the numerous relics including palaces, temples, streets and pagodas, you can imagine how thriving and prosperous this ancient city once was at that time. Afterwards, we will drive you back to the hotel.


Day:4 Sigiriya - Kandy

Your tour will be extended to Kandy today. Have a short stay at a Spice Garden on the way. Visit the Hindu temple in Matale. As an old capital of Sri Lanka, Kandy preserves some royal architecture and delicate colonial-era buildings. The pleasant weather and the beautiful sceneries make this city a famous tourist resort. Enjoy the culture dance show. Then a Cultural Show will be followed at around 17:30 in the afternoon. The traditional Kandy dance and the excellent performance will make your day tour perfect.


Day:5 Kandy

This morning, you will visit the Temple of the Tooth, which is noted for housing the tooth of Shakyamuni Buddha. This temple is a famous pilgrimage site located beside the lake of Kandy. You will marvel at the magnificent architecture and delicate murals inside the temple. If you are lucky enough, you can also get a glimpse of the tooth relic of the Buddha at close range. Visit the Gem Museum. Then we will move on to the Royal Botanical Garden which is the biggest botanical garden of Sri Lanka and one of the most famous gardens in the world. In the garden, you will not only find the various plants from Asia, Africa and Latin America, but also see the distinctive trees with unique shapes.


Day:6 Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

Today's tour will take you to Nuwara Eliya, a mountain city situated in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. Visit a tea factory on the way to Nuwara Eliya. The picturesque mountain views along the way will be a feast for your eyes. As one of the four biggest black tea production areas in the world, Nuwara Eliya is known worldwide and has become a hot spot for tourist travelers. You will pass by several tea plantations and see the local people picking tea in the field. Nuwara Eliya is also named "little London" as there is a lot of British style architecture built during the British colonial era. You will have time to explore this small town by strolling in a park, visiting a tea garden and tasting the authentic English black tea.


Day:7 Nuwara Eliya - Ella

Transfer to Nanu Oya and take the train to Ella to experience the most beautiful trainride in Sri Lanka. Our driver guide will take you to the train to help you to find a good seat, and then he will leave you and wait for you at the train station in Ella. Visit the picturesque Ella Gap, a landmark of the place. Then take an easy walk at the marvelous Little Adams Peak for around 2 hours. Walk past tea fields on the way up and down with great views. Check in at a hotel in Ella.


Day:8 Ella - Tangalle

In the morning, we will transfer to see the Ravana Waterfalls, one of the widest falls in the country. Then continue to visit the Yala National Park, the second largest national park and one of the biggest nature reserves in Sri Lanka. This park is an ideal place to spot elephants, peacocks, crocodiles, monkeys, water buffalo and other protected wild animals and various wild birds. The most exciting moment is finding the elusive leopard but it can only rely on your luck. After the whole day's visit, you will be escorted to our final destination Marakolliya Beach in Tangalle. Tangalle is a good place for relaxation. Please.

DAY: 3 Dambulla / Sigiriya / Matale / Kandy

DAY: 4 Kandy

Morning trekking tour at Udawatta Kele Sanctuary or Nickles Mountain Range.

Udawattakele Royal Forest Sanctuary, which is situated on the hillside behind the Dalada Maligawa or the Temple of the Tooth Relic, it extents about 257 acres and is considered to be a vital Bio reserve for the much populated Kandy City. The forest is rich with vegetation consisting with canopy, sub canopy and an underground layer and also famous for a variety of plant species, especially lianas and shrubs and an abundance of wildlife such as porcupines, toque monkeys, and wild boars. There are also several Buddhist temples and her mintages inside the forest reserve.


Knuckles Mountain Range (so-called because its appearance resembles a set of knuckles in a closed fist), it is known as a major eco tourism venue of Sri Lanka. The region stretches an impressive 155 sq km that contains five major forest formations, a wide variety of rare and endemic flora and fauna and some breathtaking mountain scenery of Sri Lanka. It is a real paradise for those who love to hike or mountain bike, offering numerous mountainous trails that journey across clear rivers, through dense forests, past flowing waterfalls and lush tea plantations, and alongside terraced paddy fields and colorful Kandyan home gardens.

DAY: 5 Kandy / Peradeniya / Nanu Oya / Nuwara Eliya

Morning at leisure at the hotel.


In the afternoon (12:00noon) to Peradeniya train station for get on board to the train tour to Nanu Oya.

Proceed to Nanu Oya by Train and transfer to Nuwara Eliya, check-in to your on arrival.

DAY: 6 Nuwara Eliya

Optional - Early morning leave with pack breakfast to visit Horton Plains, it is located on a high windswept saddle at about 7,000 feet (2134 meters) elevation. The plains are an expanse of misty grassland with scraggy trees and ice-cold rivulets. Visit the 'World's End', considered to be the finest view in all of Sri Lanka. The awesome escarpment drops

vertically for about 4,000 feet, hence its name.

DAY: 7 Nuwara Eliya / Udawalawe / Sinharaja

Morning transfer to Udawalawe via Ella Wellawaya, En-route view ravana Falls and cool mountains.


Proceed to Udawalawe and embark on Jeep safari at Udawalawe National park.


Continue to Sinharaja, check in to your hotel on arrival

DAY: 8 Sinharaja/ Colombo / Negombo

Early morning do a butterfly trekking at Sinharaja rain forest reserve, it's a national park and a biodiversity hotspot in Sri Lanka. It is of international significance and has been designated a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO.


Breakfast at hotel


Thereafter transfer to Colombo and commence a shopping tour in the city.


Continue to Negombo and embark on boat ride at Muthurajawela Bird Sanctuary.


DAY: 9 Negombo / Airport

Kandy a lovely exotic city. the hill capital and the stronghold of the sinhala kings is a world heritage site.After breakfast head out to explore kandy town and a visit to the Temple of Tooth Relic.A visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens will be organized in the afternoon followed by a cultural show.


Day 5.Hill country ( Nuwaraeliya )

After breakfast proceed to Nuwareliya on the way visit a tea plantation and factory and experience a pure cup of Ceylon tea.


Day 6.land of the wild ( yala )

After breakfast proceed to the land of the wild.on route witness the Rawana Ella falls.


Day 7. Game drive at Yala National Park

Head out on an early morning safari to the yala national park. ( B'fast to be packed and taken out ).There are many animals to be seen such as the Majestic elephants and the elusive leopards.


Day 8. Galle and Beach stay
